Life at Bumpa's

With all the changes we've had the last few months, we have been so fortunate to spend this transition period in such a comfortable environment. We worried our move (s) might be tough on the kids, but being at Bumpa's has been fantastic this last month. DK spend most of their days playing outside with the neighbours & Mara has a lot of time to be spoiled by both Grant & I. It is going to be tough to dive back into 'real' working life once we move.

We just got home from a weekend in Revelstoke where I played 4 games of soccer in just under 24 hours. I feel old & sore, but it was worth it. DK met friends at the campground, went swimming, fed the ducks (all of the bread we brought), rode their bikes & showed a little bit of interest in my games. Drew - the soccer guru - asked me why I was always near the back & running really slow (I play defence). Thanks Drew.
